Vectus Composite Piping System
Vectus PE-AL-PE five-layer Composite pipe is composed of an aluminium core encased in an inner and outer layer of Polyethylene. All the layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The thickness of the aluminum layer in Vectus Composite pipes has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight & reliably prevents oxygen or gases from permeating into the pipe. It limits & reduces snap back forces and heat expansion which occur due to change in temperature.
Vectus black composite pipes are manufactured as per IS 15450 : 2004 & yellow pipes as per ASTMF – 1282.
The available range of pipes and fittings varies from 1014mm to 4050mm.
